The draws and order of play for Monday 25 January are now displayed on the Draws page.

SA Open Nationals

The draws and OoP are displayed on the Draws page for the SA Open Nationals to be played at the German Club.

Please note there has been a change to the Mens Qualifying Draw.

SA Airways National Champs

This is the last week to enter for the SA Airways National Championships (Open Nationals) 23 – 29 January 2010. 

Entries close on the 18th January 2010

Only online entries will be accepted. To enter visit www.satennis.co.za, click on sign in, enter your SATA number and password. Once signed in click on tournaments, Seniors, Open Nationals. On the Open Nationals entry page scroll down and click on Enter Tournament. Once on the Entry page select Open and then Enter Tournament. 

The entry fee is R120 and needs to paid once you have entered the tournament. Please refer to the attached fact sheet concerning all tournament information – Fact%20sheet%20Open%20Nationals

Please do not hesitate to contact the SATA Offices concerning entry problems.

Only South African Citizens or holders of South African residence permits will be permitted to enter.

Malibu Boland Open Tournament

Attention all Open players: Please note that there is an Open event being held simultaneously with the Boland KeyHealth Junior tournament in December.

Details are as follows:

Malibu Boland Open

Mens singles & doubles; Ladies singles & doubles.

Venue: Strand Tennis Club, Broadway Boulevard, Strand.

Dates: (13)14 – 17 Dec 09.

Closing date:  05 December 2009

Dolphin Coast Open Tennis Tournament

Lifestyle_ssBLC logoThe Dolphin Coast Tennis Tournament takes place from the 30th June – 4th July 2009.

The tournament has some new initiatives this year and we aim to make this year’s event bigger and better than previous years.

The Dolphin Coast Open is the oldest running tournament in SA history and has seen top SA professional players grace the courts of Umhlali Country Club in Ballito. Due to these strong traditions we are aiming to grow the Dolphin Coast Open into one of SA Tennis leading Senior Open tournaments over the coming years.

As a step towards this we have upgraded facilities for this year’s tournament with the opening of the new clubhouse at the courts.

The Dolphin Coast Open gives you the opportunity to earn valuable SATA ranking points. The tournament will also provide valuable match practice for the upcoming futures tournaments at the end of the year.
